Welcome to our club, everyone! We hope to continue seeing you at practices and dinners.
For those who were not at Sunday’s practice, there is a Student-Athlete Code of Conduct form for you to fill out. If you have not attended practice since last Tuesday, you also need to fill out a Liability form, and see one of the officers of the club to sign the roster. This involves having your Banner ID # handy. As of today, all of these forms must be completed in order for you to participate.
